Beth Ezra is a small residential home that allows a high degree of individual care in a homely yet professional environment with a dedicated and experienced team of carers.
Beth Ezra aims to give each resident a high quality of life by providing Person Centered Care. Individual care plans are discussed and drawn up to accommodate the needs and requirements of each new resident. Relatives are encouraged to contribute to this process. These care plans are regularly updated to reflect any changes.
The Care Team have ‘end of life’ training and are able to utilise these skills to enable a resident to remain at the home. This care may also incorporate assistance from District Nurses and the MacMillan Team.
Our staff also have training in dementia care and this training is invaluable when caring for residents who suffer with memory loss and dementia.
Beth Ezra is well supported by a local GP practice. They provide visits from doctors as necessary and a full District Nurse service from dressing wounds to screening and health checks.
An ophthalmic optician, a community dentist and a podiatrist make regular domiciliary visits.
Food at Beth Ezra is home cooked, with a choice of menu for all meals, fresh fruit available and a popular sweet trolley. Special diets are catered for.
